Guide to using sparkles.it site

Dear Customer,
to orient yourself in your online purchases we have prepared this document, which indicates, in a few simple steps, how to use this site and how to submit a purchase order.

Please be advised that the customer service is always at your disposal to provide you with information and help you before, during and after your purchase.

1. choose the articles.

Our online catalog is organized into categories and subcategories.
To access the pages related to the categories or subcategories, you can use:
-the vertical menus you find on each page, in the upper left;
-the page "site map" that you can access with the button placed in the horizontal menu at the top that you find on each page.

To search for articles you can browse through the categories or use the internal search engine (located in the upper right corner).
In this search engine you can enter the "keywords" of the object you are looking for (ex: ring, silver, etc.) or directly, if you already know them, the reference (identification code) of the article (eg: reference: Mo-BR-001).

When you find an article that you wish to purchase, enter the descriptive tab, from which you can view allinformation, related to the article, enter the number of items you want, and then select "In Cart".

Continue browsing on the site, and enter in your cart all the items you want.

When you have finished, enter the cart page.
Here you will see a summary of all the articles that you have entered.You can change the quantity and re-calculate the total amount.

2. Buy selected items.

On the first page of the cart, if you wish to proceed with the purchase, select "next".You will have access to the identification page.

Identification.
To continue, you must enter the email used during registration and Password.
If you haven't registered yet, you can register at this stage.

New user registration.
Registration on the site sparkles.it is absolutely free, it does not imply  costs of registration/subscription, or purchasing obbligations. During registration you will be asked to enter an email (the same one that then you'll use to login) and then you will be asked to enter some data to create your card-customer in our archive.

Continuing with the request, before confirming the order, you will have the possibility to choose:
-the delivery address;
-the mode of transport;
-the method of payment.

Delivery address.
You can specify the destination of the articles if this is different from the address with which you registered at the site Sparkles.it

Modes of transport.
You can choose the transport system more suited to your needs, depending on the destination address and the swiftness of the carrier.
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries take place with the formula  Domestic Standard, the charge of the shipment will be displayed automatically.
Mode of payment.
You have the possibility to indicate the payment by choosing between credit card (online payment via PayPal) and wire transfer.
Payment with credit card provides the link to the PayPal secure server to pay online. It is a secure link that allows you to pay the full amount with your credit card.
If you choose to make payment by bank transfer the shipment of the products ordered will occur  as soon as we have evidence of credit in our current account.

After you have selected the payment method you will be asked to confirm the order.

Order confirmation.

Accepted the order, you will be sent an email as confirmation of the request.

"My orders".
You can view at any time, details of your order and download your invoice directly from our site using the "my orders" section in "my account".
On this page are visible all orders placed on our online store.
For each order you can:
-check the status of the order.
-read all the details of the purchase;
-Download the invoice.
